Malin Annerl specialises in litigation, prosecution, and dispute resolution in the field of intellectual property law.
She advises national and international companies in trademark and competition law disputes. Her particular focus is on strategic litigation before German and European courts as well as the extrajudicial enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Malin also handles proceedings before the EUIPO and the GPTO and advises companies on the development of trademark portfolios.
She studied law in Göttingen, Barcelona, and Amsterdam. After her first state examination with a focus on international private and procedural law, Malin obtained a Master's degree (LL.M.) in European Private Law in the Netherlands.
During her legal clerkship, Malin worked in the IP-team of a large international law firm and a German-Spanish IP boutique in Alicante.
She has been working as an associate at HARTE-BAVENDAMM since 2026.
