We generally travel by train and make appointments digitally, whenever possible. We provide office bicycles and most of us cycle or take the metro to the office. We work (almost) completely paperless. We purchase green electricity and use local suppliers for our office supplies.
Our HB Academy workshops and training sessions are structured into topic blocks. In addition to case law updates, units on new legislative proposals and training on current legal issues, we also invest in the personal development of our young lawyers.
These include negotiation workshops as well as resilience and mindfulness training. Participation in the HB Academy is also open to anyone who is completing their clerkship or internship with us.
