Dana Rolofs advises on all aspects of intellectual property law, particularly trade mark law and competition law. Her practice focuses on strategic advice and litigation.
She represents clients in both legal and out-of-court proceedings related to intellectual property infringement and competition law claims. She also handles matters concerning trade mark registration, cancellation and opposition. In this context, she also negotiates settlements, delimitation and licensing agreements.
Dana also provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of the establishment, expansion and management of trade mark and design portfolios.
Her consulting expertise covers a wide range of industries, with particular experience in the automotive, IT, media, life sciences and consumer goods sectors.
Before joining HARTE-BAVENDAMM, she worked as a lawyer in the IP team of an international law firm.
