Dr. Lisa Kammann joined HARTE-BAVENDAMM Rechtsanwälte in 2020. She advises clients in all matters of intellectual property law, in particular trademark, unfair competition law and the law of business identifiers. Her focus lies in strategic advice and litigation, but also in relation to extrajudicial enforcement of intellectual property rights and claims for unfair competition as well as in the effective protection against such claims.
Furthermore, she advises clients regarding their trademark portfolios, including proceedings before the German PTO as well as the EUIPO.
Lisa Kammann studied law and business administration at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. After her first state exam Lisa Kammann acquired a doctoral degree in law (Dr. jur.) at the Chair for Civil Law, Competition Law, Insurance Law, Corporate Law and Regulatory Law, Prof. Dr. Torsten Körber, Göttingen, for her thesis on the digitalisation in insurance sales. She received her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt.
