Arne Lambrecht advises on all legal aspects of intellectual property and information technology with a focus on trade mark law, unfair competition law and pharmaceutical advertising law and copyright law as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
He regularly represents national and international companies in legal disputes before German and European courts as well as in trade mark matters before the EUIPO and the German Patent and Trademark Office and provides strategic advice on avoiding legal disputes, in particular on legally compliant advertising in the healthcare sector.
He also specialises in advising on the protection, exploitation, management and transfer of intellectual property rights, software, technologies and know-how. Arne has extensive experience in providing legal support and coordination in the areas of intellectual property and information technology in the context of corporate transactions and technology projects.
