Dr. Felix Rasch joined HARTE-BAVENDAMM Rechtsanwälte in 2019. He is specialised in trademark and unfair competition law as well as in design and copyright law.
He focusses on strategic advice, litigation and dispute settlements in intellectual property and competition law. He represents clients in disputes in these areas in the German courts.
Felix Rasch studied law at the Universität Hamburg, the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. After his first state exam Felix Rasch acquired a doctoral degree in law (Dr. jur.) for his thesis on the history of copyright law in Germany in the 19th century.
Felix Rasch completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher District Court of Hamburg, including training stages at the Hamburg Regional Court in the Chamber for Copyright and Design Law and in the intellectual property and antitrust law departments of an international law firm in Hamburg and Brussels.
Felix Rasch was admitted to the bar in 2019. He speaks German, English and French.
